With 46cm cutting widths and a choice of push or power drive these

mowers all have single point height of cut adjustment. Quick release fittings

allow the handles to be folded easily for storage. For ultimate ease of use

the S461 PD/ES has an electric key start Mountfield RM55 ES OHV engine.

Both of the other models are powered by recoil start Mountfield RM45 OHV

engines.

Petrol engine mowers are an ideal choice for larger areas, they are more powerful than mains electric mowers and not

restricted by a cable. Modern engines are easy to start – especially Mountfield’s own range of powerful engines.

Developed specifically for lawnmower applications Mountfield engines comply with stringent noise and vibration legislation

even when powering the cutting blade at 3,000rpm – the optimum speed for high performance. Suitable for general purpose

use 4 wheel machines provide an excellent finish on all types of lawn. If you want a classic striped effect finish

you’ll need a mower with a rear roller, see the models on page 32.

With robust steel cutter decks, a range of cutting widths and

Mountfield, Briggs & Stratton or Honda engines options there are

models suitable for most applications in this product sector.

These “S” series mowers are ‘no frills’ machines but that doesn’t mean we have compromised

on quality, far from it. Available as a push model or to make cutting your grass even easier,

with power drive both have 41cm cutting widths and are powered by 150cc Mountfield

V35 engines. These machines represent excellent value for money.

If you have slopes or large lawns a mower with power drive

makes cutting the grass much easier and thanks to the 4-speed

transmission on the 46cm cutting width S464 PD you can also

select your forward speed. The S511PD has a single speed

transmission and 51cm working width. Both models have quick

release handle fittings, single point height of cut adjustment and

powerful 160cc Mountfield RM55 OHV engines.
